The specific development plan includes the creation of three scenic areas: First, the Ecological Tourism and Sightseeing Area below the dam. This area consists of nine attractions, including a development zone plaza, a conference and reception center, an ecological economic forest, an economic animal farm, a flower viewing area, a fishing zone, a swimming pool, a culinary street, and antique-style office buildings. Second, the Water Leisure and Sightseeing Area, which includes 13 facilities such as an imitation ancient city gate, corridors, pavilions, parking lots, flower stands, wooden cabins, cruise boats and motorboats, parasailing, jet skis, an archery range, a dance hall, and a general store. Third, the Upstream High-Quality and Efficient Agricultural Base Sightseeing Area, comprising eight eco-sightseeing spots: aquatic plants, fruit and forestry crops, grain crops, vegetables and melons, rice, oilseed crops, mountain delicacies, and garden flowers.
