Ancient kiln sites are commonly found in towns such as Wuzhai, Nansheng, Wenfeng, and Jiufeng. Among them, there are 13 sites under county-level cultural heritage protection, including Neiyaizi Porcelain Kiln, Erlong Porcelain Kiln, and Goutou Porcelain Kiln. Blue-and-white porcelain from the Yuan to Ming dynasties has been unearthed here, including items such as bowls, plates, dishes, and wine cups.
Many of the porcelain pieces feature exquisite designs of flowers, birds, insects, fish, and auspicious characters. Among them, large plates are the most famous and are internationally known as “Clark Ware,” enjoying widespread renown.
