Longtoushan Bay Amusement Park boasts unique charm that leaves visitors in awe. It nestles close to the renowned Bohe Fishing Port of the province, truly embodying what Wen Tingyun described: “Wild boats rest on the bank embraced by spring grass, water birds skim the ripples as the sun sets.” To the north, the bay is backed by Longtoushan Mountain, which rises like a soaring dragon lying down, and faces Fanged Chicken Island across the sea. Standing in the viewing pavilion at the mountain top, looking eastward reveals a tranquil bay of emerald waters with gentle ripples. Along the shore stretches the nationally famous coastal shelterbelt, encircling the bay.
At the top of the pavilion, looking east reveals a stretch of azure water, calm and serene with gentle ripples. Along the shore extends the nationally renowned shelterbelt, encircling the bay.
Currently, Longtoushan Bay Amusement Park has taken initial shape through development, with supporting facilities established for dining, accommodation, travel, and entertainment, providing comprehensive services for tourists. Visitors can enjoy the waves in the bay, fish off the reefs, or relax on the beach or under the shade of trees while sipping tea, tasting seafood, and having fun. Spending the night on the beach, with the forest breeze brushing by and the sound of ocean waves crashing, offers a feeling akin to ascending to Penglai, the legendary island of immortals.
