Product History: Longding Pool is located on a small mountaintop of Dalong Mountain. Legend has it that this pool was originally a dry one. One year, a high monk traveled here and, seeing the ancient trees towering around the pool and the dense shade covering the sun, exclaimed, "What a wonderful pool, what a wonderful pool!" He then built a stone hut by the pool and personally cleaned it every day. The monk spent who knows how many days and nights cleaning until one day, he dug out a huge bluestone. When he loosened the stone with his hoe, clear water suddenly gushed out from the crevices, and the sound of rushing water could be faintly heard. Suddenly, the large stone shattered, and a powerful water column spurted out from beneath it. The clear spring water gushed forth ceaselessly, quickly filling the entire deep pool.

The monk stroked his beard and laughed heartily, then planted tea trees all around the pool and established a tea garden. Thanks to the irrigation of the water from Longding Pool, the soft and fertile soil, and the exotic flowers, trees, and fragrant grasses all around, the tea trees grew amidst clouds and mist, enveloped year-round in fragrance and fog. Over time, they developed into top-grade premium tea.

Product Introduction: Kaihua Longding, a famous tea from Longding County at the source of the Qiantang River, is a top-grade Chinese tea. It is often said, “The magnificent Qiantang tidal bore is unparalleled under heaven, with the dragon’s head connecting to its tail. The dragon’s head is Longding, and the dragon’s tail is Longjing,” and it also enjoys the reputation of “a single leaf of Longding putting all other teas to shame.” Made from high-mountain premium tea tree varieties and refined through traditional craftsmanship, Longding tea features an elegant appearance with silvery green leaves covered in fine hairs.
