Baodi Rice
The main varieties of Baodi rice are Koshihikari and E28. The grains are rich in starch, crystal clear, and highly nutritious, meeting the national first-class rice quality standards. In recent years, Baodi District has implemented three-dimensional cultivation by growing high-quality rice alongside loaches and crabs, creating a new green ecological farming model. The rice meets green organic standards and has been quality-certified by the National Agricultural Products Quality Inspection Center.
