Haidian Winter Jujube

The winter jujube is a newly cultivated, extra-large and late-ripening variety of jujube, developed through years of grafting and improvement. It matures and comes to market from late September to early November (with ultra-early varieties ripening in mid-August). Each fruit weighs between 10–50 grams, and the market price ranges from 30 to 50 yuan per kilogram.

Fresh jujubes are rich in essential trace elements such as selenium, calcium, iron, and zinc. Their vitamin C content is 10 times that of kiwi fruit and 130 times that of pears. On the international market, one ton of fresh jujubes is worth as much as 30 tons of apples, earning them the titles “King of Fruits” and “Living Vitamin Pill.”

Winter jujubes are bright red and attractive, with a sweet, crisp, and juicy flesh and no pits. They are of premium quality and offer benefits such as strengthening the spleen and stomach, enriching the blood, and invigorating the spirit.
