Pickled Mustard Greens with White Pork
How to make it: Slice pork belly into thin pieces about 5cm long. Finely shred the pickled mustard greens and rinse them. In a wok, bring meat broth to a boil, then add the pork slices, pickled mustard greens, and cellophane noodles. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, skim off any foam, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt, MSG, and prickly ash water.
Features: The white pork is not greasy, and the pickled mustard greens have a fresh taste.
