Russian chocolate
Russian chocolate has a pure taste, with relatively low sugar and fat content, and is hailed as "chocolate that won't make you gain weight." It was introduced to China from Russia, and can be purchased at multiple locations in Harbin. A Russian chocolate bar about 9 inches in size can be bought for three or four yuan if you bargain, and if you buy in bulk, it can even be as low as three yuan per piece.
