Wudalianchi Duck Eggs
Wudalianchi Duck Eggs are a product with a geographical indication for agricultural products.
Wudalianchi Mineral Spring Ducks are raised in naturally formed volcanic barrier lakes created after a volcanic eruption. They feed on natural, unpolluted native small fish, aquatic plants, plankton, as well as corn and soybeans grown in the fertile black soil of Northeast China. This diet makes the mineral spring duck eggs rich in a large amount of minerals such as iron, silicon, carbon, acid, calcium, and magnesium that can be easily absorbed by the human body. After being scientifically cured with a specially formulated recipe, the egg whites are fresh, delicate, tender, while the yolks are rich, fluffy, and sandy, offering a perfect combination of color, aroma, taste, and nourishment. They leave a long-lasting aftertaste and are an excellent food supplement. They are a premium choice for banquet dishes, gifts for family and friends, and health-nourishing food supplements.
“Wudalianchi Duck Eggs” have been certified with a national geographical indication, becoming the first livestock product in Heihe City to receive national agricultural product geographical indication certification, filling the gap in the city’s livestock products without geographical indication status.
