Boletus is a world-renowned high-quality edible mushroom. It has a thick stalk, plump flesh, tender texture, and is rich in nutrients. The dried product contains 29.70% protein, 22.62% amino acids, including seven essential amino acids that make up 41.91% of the total, as well as ten other types of amino acids. include 1-octen-3-ol (accounting for 49% of the volatile substances) and pyrazine compounds, which create its uniquely rich and fragrant flavor.
