Birch sap drink
Birch sap is the original juice collected from natural birch trees. It is rich in 19 trace elements needed by the human body such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron, as well as 12 amino acids and various vitamins. It helps promote metabolism, combat aging, and is hailed as "liquid gold."
Birch sap contains carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins, small amounts of mineral elements, and aromatic substances. It can activate bodily secretory functions, prevent the precipitation of oxalic acid compounds, enhance nerve function, and has certain effects on arteriosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis, fatigue resistance, and anti-aging. The xylitol it contains can serve as a sugar substitute for diabetics. According to research by scholars in Japan and Russia, birch sap extract can effectively treat cancer. Birch sap also contains aromatic oils, betulin, saponins, and other compounds that can treat external injuries, swelling, eczema, arthritis, and has the effect of removing acne and freckles.
