　　Sui bin rice is irrigated with water from the Heilongjiang River, nurtured by fertile black soil, and enjoys abundant sunlight at a high latitude of 47°N, resulting in high-quality rice with excellent taste. Sui bin rice has been awarded a National Geographical Indication Certification trademark.

　　Sui bin County is situated on the banks of the Heilongjiang River in the northeastern part of Heilongjiang Province. To the north, it faces Russia across the main channel of the Heilongjiang River, making it a nationally renowned land of fish and rice, a national eco-livable demonstration county, a national ecological demonstration zone, a national standardized production base for green food rice, a national agricultural standardization demonstration county, and an important national commodity grain production base county. It is also the only county in China without any mountains or rocks. The county is home to the Heilongjiang River, one of the world’s three major unpolluted rivers, boasting exceptionally rich natural resources and abundant water resources, which provide solid guarantees for producing organic, ecological, and green rice. The county has a total rice planting area of 1.15 million mu, yielding 1.2 billion jin of rice annually.
