  Product Quality and Characteristic Features

This section mainly describes the unique quality characteristics of the registered product and the standards followed regarding product quality and safety, including: 1. External sensory features: Boli Grapes have neat clusters shaped like a cone, with the largest single cluster weighing around 1,000g. The berries are round, with a diameter of 10–15mm, covered by a purple-black skin and white bloom. The berries are neither too tight nor too loose on the cluster, making them less prone to falling off. There is no residual style at the top of the berry, and there are stem marks at the base. The flesh is fine and relatively crisp, seedless, rich in sugar content, fragrant, sweet, with flavors reminiscent of “Hei Tiantian” and “Yang Gu Niang,” and has good storage and transport tolerance. 2. Internal quality indicators: Boli Grapes have a glucose content greater than 7%, fructose content greater than 8%, vitamin C content greater than 20mg/100g, and soluble solids content greater than 17%. 3. Safety requirements: Boli Grapes meet the standards of NY 5086-2005 for pollution-free fruit products – Deciduous Berry Fruits.
