Jiangjiadian Rice refers to rice products cultivated in Jiangjiadian Korean Ethnic Township of Liuhe County, Jilin Province, and surrounding areas with similar geographical and environmental conditions. The product uses high-quality rice varieties and employs advanced cultivation techniques and processing methods. The soil, irrigation water, and air quality of the production area are analyzed and measured to meet the standards of the "Technical Conditions for the Environment of Green Food Production Areas." It has an excellent taste and distinct regional characteristics. The product is widely sold in major cities such as Shanghai, Tianjin, Dalian, and Ningbo, and is highly favored by consumers. In 2008, it was approved for national geographical indication product protection by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China.
