Honghua Stall
Honghua Stall doesn’t actually sell saffron; it specializes in meats, with its most famous offerings being brine chicken and sausages. The brine chicken is made by simmering chicken in a saltwater brine—a simple method that yields first-class flavor. It’s then drizzled with chicken juice and sprinkled with sesame oil and chopped scallions, making it incredibly delicious. As for the sausages, they are made daily using freshly selected pork front leg meat, which is cured before being stuffed into natural casings. There are also lemon, charcoal-grilled, spicy, and garlic flavors—definitely worth a try. (Tonghua)
