　　"Zhao Tun Millet" features round, plump, and uniform grains with a glossy, bright yellow hue. The kernels are neatly aligned, with a high whole-grain rate, smooth to the touch, and when cooked, they become translucent, soft, and sticky, exuding a rich aroma and offering an excellent taste.

　　Dalian Zhao Tun Jingu Rice Industry Co., Ltd. (formerly Kangtai Rice Industry) is the leading enterprise in processing Zhao Tun Millet. The company has partnered with the Economic Crops Research Institute of Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences to introduce high-quality millet varieties Zhangza 8 and Zhangza 10. These are distributed free of charge to local farmers along with planting guidance, and purchase contracts are signed to ensure a stable supply and quality of millet. The company has established a complete millet processing production line that includes dust removal, impurity removal, milling, polishing, and selection. Using vacuum packaging, it processes 1,000 tons of high-quality Zhao Tun-brand millet annually, which is sold both within and outside the province, with demand often exceeding supply.
