General's Stone Sea Cucumber
General's Stone Sea Cucumbers are exclusively harvested from the waters of the General's Stone area. This region is nestled between mountains and the sea, boasting beautiful scenery, a pleasant climate, and seawater with an average temperature of 12.1°C, reaching a maximum of 25°C and a minimum of 1°C. The tidal range is between 1.5 to 2 meters (with a maximum of 4 to 4.5 meters). The salinity is vertically consistent, averaging between 30‰ and 32‰, and is rich in nutrients. These natural conditions provide the optimal environment for the growth and reproduction of sea cucumbers, ensuring the high nutritional value of General's Stone Sea Cucumbers. The area features a ten-kilometer stretch of deep-water coastline, with water quality meeting China’s Class II seawater standards, and is abundant in high-quality seafood such as sea cucumbers, crabs, dried shrimp, and jellyfish.
