Yellow Inlaid Jade Snail
A type of sea snail, the fragrant snail is also known as the yellow inlaid jade snail. It has a relatively thin yet solid shell shaped like a pear, with a yellowish-brown surface and a pale gray top. It inhabits muddy or sandy tidal flats, leaving visible trails as it crawls, where it can be collected.
Nutritional analysis: The snail meat is rich in vitamin A, protein, iron, and calcium, and has therapeutic effects on conditions such as eye redness, jaundice, beriberi, and hemorrhoids.
