Huludao – Jellyfish
Jellyfish is a specialty of Huludao Port. Caught every August, the pressed jellyfish skin is thin and large, making it one of the best ingredients for cold salads. The fishing grounds and fishing teams in the area press around 600,000 kilograms of jellyfish skin and jellyfish head each year, approximately 400,000 kilograms of which are exported, bringing in foreign exchange for the country.
