Pen-shaped clams
Pen-shaped clams: These clams have thin shells and long, slender bodies in a brownish-yellow hue, hugging each other like pen shafts. Their meat, when mixed with Chinese chives to make dumplings or stewed with tofu, is incredibly delicious. Clams are also used as a seasoning ingredient in hot pot.
