These three traits — "dry, thin, and fine" — are the hallmarks of Hongluoxian dried tofu.
Hongluoxian dried tofu is delicious no matter how you prepare it. The most famous dish is dried tofu rolls with green onion, while stir-fried dried tofu with hot peppers is especially flavorful.
