　　The fishing season for bristle shrimp in Huludao Port, Longgang District, Huludao City, has a long history. Before liberation, fishermen primarily fished for bristle shrimp. Today, fishing for bristle shrimp remains the mainstay of the local fishery industry, with catches occurring mainly in spring and autumn. In 1984, 2,448 tons of bristle shrimp were caught. Once dried into shrimp skins, they are white in color, long in body, and have a delicious taste. Nearly a thousand tons are sold each year to provinces and cities such as Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, and Guangzhou. (Huludao)
