Anzhen is located within Beizhen City, Liaoning Province, boasting well-developed transportation. It stretches 70 li from north to south and 40 li from east to west, with National Highway 102 running through it. The provincial Zhongpan Highway forms a “T” junction with the national highway, extending toward Panjin. The town has over 150 kilometers of local roads, connecting every village and household, making it the largest town in western Liaoning. A market sales system centered around the Kulongtai Market has begun to take shape, integrating vegetable wholesale, bamboo sales, light industrial trade, livestock, and labor services. The market covers a total area of 40,000 square meters, with more than 150 rainproof shelter parking spaces. It engages in trade relations with 21 domestic provinces and cities, as well as over ten foreign countries, becoming the largest vegetable transit and trade market in Northeast China.

Great efforts have been made to improve production conditions and promote agricultural technology, leveraging the town's locational advantages. The town has seen continuous, rapid, and healthy development in greenhouse vegetable production, modern agricultural park construction, investment attraction, and market development. Zhong'an Town is rich in natural resources and has a solid foundation and broad prospects for greenhouse vegetable development. There is one seedling base and four high-tech demonstration parks led by the Cui Long Group. Over 80 new, unique, and premium vegetable varieties and more than 120 new technologies have been introduced, including over 30 varieties of Chinese chives alone, earning it the title of “Number One Chinese Chive Town in Northeast China.” Pollution-free vegetables have become the main focus of Zhong'an's vegetable development.

The newly formed Zhong'an Town embodies a strong alliance aimed at expanding and strengthening the market, lengthening and thickening the vegetable industry chain, and moving toward a new type of vegetable industrial park: expanding bases and scale. The town’s Party Committee and government, based on actual conditions, proposed the development strategy of “focusing on development in the south, adjustment in the middle, and development in the north,” while also helping to exchange land, coordinate loans, and plan implementation. This has greatly motivated farmers to engage in greenhouse vegetable production. Over the past three years, the town has added 1,000 hectares of high-efficiency energy-saving greenhouses, 866.7 hectares of ordinary greenhouse Chinese chives, and 133.3 hectares of cold greenhouses. As a result, Zhong'an Town's vegetable production base not only holds an important position within the province but also across the entire Northeast region. Building high-standard agricultural parks can effectively demonstrate and drive the agricultural industrialization of the entire town. In recent years, Zhong'an Town has carried out high-standard and high-quality overall planning and construction of the Zhong'an Modern Agricultural Park. The four modern agricultural parks—Cuiyuan, Cuilong, Cuifa, and Cuishan—cover a total area of 333.3 hectares. These high-standard, modern agricultural parks, through the business model of “company + base + market + farmers,” have effectively demonstrated and driven the vegetable industry. The parks focus on planting premium, unique, and new varieties. Production management strictly follows operational procedures and enforces rigorous management systems. For sales, vegetables are marketed as neatly packaged, pre-washed produce. In 2004, the Cui'an Park alone exported 100,000 kilograms of sliced colorful peppers and 50,000 kilograms of sweet corn to Taiwan, broadening its sales channels.
