　　The 34th Regiment of the Second Agricultural Division is located in the heart of the Eurasian continent. Due to the large diurnal temperature variation, low annual precipitation, and long hours of sunlight, the red dates produced here are exceptionally rich in sugar content and boast excellent qualities such as thin skin, small pits, thick flesh, and being pollution-free.

　　 Through agricultural industrial restructuring between 2009 and 2011, the 34th Regiment significantly reduced cotton cultivation and shifted its focus to vigorously developing the red date industry, breaking the economic pattern where cotton was the sole dominant crop. Currently, the regiment has established a 60,000-mu high-quality red date production base and a 5,000-mu standardized demonstration garden; the bearing orchard area has reached 38,000 mu; cultivated varieties include gray jujube, Jun jujube, and winter jujube; the average yield per mu is over 250 kg, with a per-mu output value exceeding 5,000 yuan; the annual red date production exceeds 8,000 tons, with a total output value of 160 million yuan.

　　 By actively seeking cooperative development channels, at the end of 2010, the 34th Regiment signed a cooperation agreement with "Haoxiangni Jujube Group Company" from Xinzheng City, Henan Province. The group purchased the 20-year usage rights for a 2,000-mu direct-seeding red date production base established by the 34th Regiment at a price of 4,000 yuan per mu. They buy high-quality red dates, use the "Haoxiangni" brand, label the origin as the 34th Regiment, and jointly promote the reputation and market reach of the high-quality red dates from the 34th Regiment. Meanwhile, starting from the third year, the group pays the 34th Regiment rent in the form of physical goods, capped at 50 kg of high-quality first-grade red dates per mu, and has invested 30 million yuan in the 34th Regiment to build a red date processing plant and an accompanying residential community, providing infrastructure support to drive the synchronous development of the secondary and tertiary industries in the 34th Regiment.
