Yichuan Walnuts
Primarily produced in Jiyi and Shoufeng townships. By the end of 2004, the walnut cultivation area reached 20,000 mu, with an annual output of 150 tons and a production value of 1.65 million yuan. Yichuan walnuts feature thin shells, high kernel yield, and high oil content, making them highly favored by merchants.
