Yichuan Prickly Ash is a geographical indication certification trademark.

　　Primarily produced in areas such as Jiyi, Shoufeng, and Luchuan. By the end of 2004, the total area under prickly ash cultivation in the county reached 65,900 mu, of which 20,000 mu were bearing fruit, yielding 53.3 tons and generating an output value of 5.86 million yuan. In recent years, the county has accelerated the adjustment of prickly ash varieties, introducing premium cultivars such as "Lion's Head" and "Fengjiao," and vigorously promoting the "one fertilizer, two waters, three protections, four prunings" technique, significantly improving the quality of the prickly ash. Yichuan Prickly Ash is renowned both within and beyond the province for its "vibrant red color and rich aroma," and is sold across the country.
