米做的小块圆形的，烤了吃，新鲜的热的粑粑可以直接吃，香甜而柔软。粑粑锤则是椭圆形或长方形的，切开蒸、煮、炒或烤都可以。冬至节有做粑粑、吃粑粑的习俗。
