Yellow Fruit Soft Cake
Produced in Yun County, it is made from yellow fruit grown along the Lancang River and Yunzhou rock sugar. It boasts a sweet and delicious taste, and has the benefits of relieving coughs and reducing phlegm. Before the liberation, it was exported as far as various Southeast Asian countries.
