　　Dashan Wine from Shiqian County is a type of liquor produced by the Dashan Winery in Shiqian County, which is situated at the southern end of Fodingshan Avenue in Shiqian County town.

　　Product Introduction:

　　Dashan Wine, a renowned liquor from Guizhou, has a brewing history of nearly a hundred years. It uses the uniquely advantaged natural mineral water from Dashanguan and selects high-quality sorghum and wheat as ingredients. By adopting the traditional strong-aroma brewing process combined with modern advanced science and technology, and under suitable soil and climatic conditions, the resulting Dashan Wine features a unique style that is “crystal clear, richly fragrant, mellow and sweet, and smooth and refreshing upon drinking.”

　　Since 1963, Dashan Wine has won the title of Provincial and Regional Quality Liquor multiple times. In 1986, it was awarded the title of Guizhou’s Famous Liquor at the 4th edition, in 1988 it received the Gold Award at the First China Food Expo, and in 1993 it was honored as a Premium Chinese Baijiu Product.

　　Since the technological upgrade in 1984, the production scale has reached an annual output of 300 tons and an annual output value of 11 million yuan, with fixed assets exceeding 18 million yuan. The winery possesses strong technical expertise and comprehensive testing facilities. It has now launched eight series products to the market, including Dashan Tequ, Dashan Yingbin, Dashan Fu, and Tangshan Kiln, all of which have promising market prospects and are widely favored by consumers.
