米子
米子：
又名“炒米”，把糯米蒸成糯米饭，撒在簸箕里冷却，用磨子推，把颗粒压扁，晒干而成。炒成米子泡撒在煮沸了的甜米酒里，用小碗装茶盆递，是土家人献给客人的第一杯“磅嘴茶”。
