Changshun High-Calcium Apples
As a typical mountainous agricultural county, Changshun enjoys exceptionally favorable natural conditions. The area’s unique karst topography results in soil rich in calcium as well as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, along with abundant rainfall and ample sunlight during the spring, summer, and autumn fruit growth seasons. This produces premium apples that are uniquely high in selenium and calcium, and they ripen over twenty days earlier than Red Fuji apples from Shandong and Shaanxi. Changshun High-Calcium Apples have an average calcium content more than twice that of ordinary Red Fuji apples, with fine and crisp flesh and a relatively strong malic acid flavor.
