　　Yuechi San’an Agricultural Professional Cooperative Union was registered with the Yuechi County Administration for Industry and Commerce on March 27, 2012. It is jointly established by seven farmer professional cooperatives: Yuechi County San’an Vegetable Professional Cooperative, Yuechi Qiaoji Plant Protection Professional Cooperative, Yuechi Yimin Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative, Yuechi Linong Agricultural Machinery Service Professional Cooperative, Yuechi Fumin Plant Protection Professional Cooperative, Yuechi Chaoyang Asparagus Planting Professional Cooperative, and Yuechi Jinshidi Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative. With a registered capital of 9 million yuan, its headquarters is located in Liaoba Village, Qiaojia Town.

　　The union adheres to the development philosophy of “enriching the union, enterprises, and members; privately run, privately enjoyed, and mutually beneficial.” Based on strong alliances, it integrates resources to achieve complementary strengths, promoting the common development of cooperatives. It adopts a development model of “cooperative + company + base + farmers” and implements a management system of independent operation, self-management, self-responsibility for profits and losses, shared benefits, and shared risks. The union follows a “five unifications” approach: unified seedling cultivation, agricultural supply, production standards, contract purchasing, and branded sales. It provides new varieties, technologies, models, and mechanisms for production demonstrations and trial introductions, as well as pre-production, mid-production, and post-production support including seedlings, materials, and information services for member cooperatives. It strengthens commercial processing and brand building, extends processing and storage-transportation capabilities, scales up the industry, and achieves mutual benefit and shared prosperity.

　　The union currently has 4,250 member households, covering 45,000 farmer households, with a planting area of 11,000 mu and driving an additional planting area of over 80,000 mu. A 5,000-ton vegetable controlled-atmosphere storage facility is under construction. A factory-style seedling base of over 10,000 square meters has been completed, fully equipped with automatic sunshade nets, fans, seedling tables, and advanced facilities for temperature adjustment, humidity control, and lighting supplementation. With high technical content, it uses German-imported peat and Japanese-imported nutrient substrates as growing media, employing soilless seedling cultivation techniques with an annual capacity of 50 million seedlings. The union also operates over 2,000 mu of facility vegetable bases, producing 27,000 tons of “Yintai” vegetables that are very popular in markets such as Chongqing and Chengdu. The member cooperatives of the union not only promote the industrialized operation of agriculture and increase farmers’ incomes, but also play an active role in advancing the construction of new rural areas.
