Tuenyiu Mung Beans
Mung Beans
The mung beans processed and produced by the Tuenyiu County Green Food Development Research Center are large, round, uniform in size, clean and hygienic. They come from towns in the western mountainous areas. As they are grown in an environment free from the pollution of “three wastes,” the product has very high quality, palatability, and nutritional value. It contains a high level of protein, niacin, lysine, riboflavin, vitamin B, and various mineral elements, offering significant health and medicinal benefits. It is a commonly used bean for porridge and has the effects of clearing heat, moistening the lungs, relieving cough and phlegm, promoting fluid production to relieve thirst, and detoxification. It is suitable for conditions such as lung heat cough, thick and uncomfortable phlegm, sore throat and hoarseness, dark urine and constipation, and also has the effect of removing dampness and promoting urination. The product is packaged in high-grade color-printed vacuum plastic.
