No-Stick Dish
A traditional famous dish from Anyang, made with egg yolk, lard, white sugar, and other ingredients. It has a golden color, a soft and oily texture, is sweet but not greasy, and its most distinctive feature is that it doesn’t stick to chopsticks, the plate, or the teeth. After Emperor Qianlong tasted it during his southern tour, it was brought into the imperial palace.
