"Yishan Mountain" liquor is made from high-quality sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat, and corn as the main ingredients, using natural mineral water from deep underground springs. It is fermented in earthen pits and aged in caves, resulting in a rich cellar aroma, mellow and sweet taste, and a long-lasting aftertaste.
