Yuanzhou Five-Spice Fermented Black Beans
Yuanzhou Five-Spice Fermented Black Beans have a production history of over 400 years and are well-known in both Jiangxi and Hunan provinces. These are juice-style fermented black beans, used by soaking in water to extract the juice as a seasoning that can replace soy sauce. The resulting broth is rich in color and has a pure, authentic flavor. The beans are made from premium black beans (tea husk beans), resulting in a product with an attractive color, strong aroma, sweet taste, no seeds, and a delicious five-spice flavor. The extracted juice is soy-sauce red in color, and remains rich even after multiple infusions.
