　　Taihe has been producing red melon seeds for over 500 years, predating Xinfeng—known as the “King of Melon Seeds” in our province—by 50 years. The red melon seeds are characterized by their deep crimson color, thin shells, plump kernels, crisp texture, and fragrant taste. They offer benefits such as moistening the lungs, aiding digestion, and refreshing the spirit, making them a prized snack to enjoy before or after meals, or while sipping tea and chatting. People also particularly love their unique red hue, regarding them as a symbol of good fortune. Taihe’s red melon seeds are exported as far as Ganzhou, Guangdong, and beyond, reaching overseas markets via Hong Kong and Macau.
