The pickled vegetable series produced by Jing County Yucai Pickled Products Factory are renowned local specialties of Anhui Province, with a history of nearly a hundred years. Crafted using traditional techniques and unique recipes without any added preservatives, these products are finely processed and sell well both within and beyond the province.

The main products come in six categories (pickled vegetables, radish strips, ginger, chili peppers, minced garlic, green beans) with over sixty varieties.

Pickled Vegetables: Made from high-quality tall-stem cabbage, carefully selected, shredded, air-dried, seasoned, and fermented. They boast a perfect blend of color, aroma, and taste, making them an exceptional condiment.

Spicy Radish Strips: Golden in color and fragrant to the nose, they combine spiciness, crunch, and tenderness, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste with every bite.

Sweet and Sour Ginger Strips: Bright in color, tender in texture, and crisp to the bite. They balance sweetness with a hint of spice and a touch of acidity, making them a great tea accompaniment and flavor enhancer.

Red Chili Slices: Thick, tender, and crisp, with no sourness or bitterness, offering a uniquely flavorful taste.
