Zhaozhuang Apples
Zhaozhuang Apples
Zhaozhuang apples are grown in the depths of the Taihang Mountains at an altitude of 300 to 500 meters. Here, the landscape is characterized by undulating peaks, fresh air, abundant sunshine, and significant day-night temperature variations, all of which help accumulate sugar content. The sandy soil is rich in various minerals and irrigated with pure mountain spring water from deep forests.
During their growth, Zhaozhuang apples receive expert guidance from professors of China Agricultural University, who enforce strict standards including pruning, flower thinning, bagging, fruit turning, application of specially formulated traditional Chinese herbal insect repellents, use of blacklight traps, and moth lures made from straw bundles... Going through over a hundred production procedures and certified by the national food safety standards, they have won multiple awards at national food expos.
