Starting at just after 4 a.m. today, ice-laden trucks have been shuttling back and forth between Sifangtai Bridge and the Ice and Snow World site. Due to three major factors—flooding, heavy snow, and high temperatures—this year’s ice harvesting season has been postponed by one week.
