Relevant information is as follows: China Airlines (Mandarin Airlines) will cancel all flights departing from Songshan Airport to Matsu, Taitung, and Kinmen after 2 PM on the 21st. TransAsia Airways will cancel all domestic flights after 2 PM on the 21st.
