Introduction The Panoramic View of Fengtai is located on Qianjin Road in Licheng Town, and includes attractions such as the He Xiangu Well, Wanshou Temple, Phoenix Pavilion, the Museum, the Youth Palace, and the TV University. The mountain also houses unearthed cultural relics such as a memorial stele inscribed by Cui Yizhi, the Right Prime Minister of the Southern Song Dynasty, and several ancient cannons from the Qing Dynasty. Legend has it that in the seventh year of the Xining era of the Northern Song Dynasty (1074), a pair of phoenixes appeared on Chungan Hill in Zengcheng, prompting the renaming of the hill to Phoenix Mountain, where the Phoenix Pavilion was built in commemoration. In the second year of the reign of Emperor Lizong of the Southern Song Dynasty (1225), the emperor bestowed Phoenix Mountain upon the Right Prime Minister Cui Yizhi and renamed it "Jupo" (Chrysanthemum Slope). A pavilion stands atop the mountain, offering a panoramic view of the entire city, making it a renowned scenic spot frequented by poets, scholars, and literati throughout the dynasties.
