Ziyun Mountain Villa in Zengcheng is located in the Ziyun Mountain valley of Chenjialin, Xintang. The villa complex includes a planned golf community covering over 1 million square meters, integrating schools, gardens, villas, a golf course, and the surrounding green hills. At the entrance of the villa, a stone sculpture of auspicious clouds bears the four large characters “Ziyun Mountain Villa.” Upon entering the plaza, there are towering ancient Roman-style stone pillars on both sides, while on the lawn stand elegantly white marble and bronze-colored European girl statues. A majestic knight statue highlights the refined elegance of the European-style community clubhouse. Nine-Hole Floodlit Course

[The nine-hole floodlit course is designed according to international standards, featuring two par-5 holes, five par-4 holes, and two par-3 holes. The total length of the fairways is 3,845 yards, forming a 9-hole loop centered around the clubhouse building. This nine-hole course has been equipped with nighttime lighting and does not have a golf cart path to increase playing time and reflect the true spirit of the sport.]

The Most Challenging Fairway

The third fairway is 190 yards long with a par-3. The green is crescent-shaped with a slight slope and features a pond in the middle as an obstacle. On this hole, players must carefully control both power and direction—hitting too hard may land the ball in the bunker, while hitting too softly may send it into the pond. A par requires landing the ball on the green in one shot. The green is surrounded by mature trees, and the left bunker is partially hidden by a beautifully shaped large longan tree, giving the hole a mature and challenging appearance.

The Longest Fairway

The fourth fairway is 588 yards long with a par-5. It is the longest of the first nine holes and is a dogleg left. The fairway is relatively wide, mostly over 56 yards. Beyond the tee box, about one-third down the fairway, a large lychee tree partially conceals a long pond behind it, with trees irregularly scattered near the water. The hillside on the left front is the highest point of the hole, with its rocks, bamboo clusters, and vegetation preserved in their natural forms, adding great charm. On the right side, large banana trees and slender phoenix tail bamboo form a beautiful subtropical landscape. The Beijing-Kowloon Railway runs nearby, and players often see trains slowly passing through the lush fields. Accuracy in power is essential here—if the first shot lacks distance, it will directly affect the second—either sending the ball through the trees into the pond or requiring a short shot to stay on the fairway. The green is quite large, offering some forgiveness for accuracy.

The Most Beautiful Fairway

The seventh fairway is 321 yards long with a par-4. Located at a higher elevation of the course, it follows the contour of the mountain and offers views of the previous fairways. The large backdrop on the right consists of scenic, lush green hills with striking rock formations. Looking up at the blue sky and white clouds, and down at the green grass and white sand, the view is refreshing and uplifting. It is the fairestway with the most beautiful natural scenery and backdrop.

Water Golf Practice

The man-made lake covering 10,000 square meters—Yaohu (Jade Lake)—has been transformed by designers into a golf practice area for the course. A 108-meter-span hitting shelter was built at the original embankment, covered with a canopy, and features 26 hitting positions. Players use floater balls to hit into the pond. Opposite the hitting area are towering, serene mountains, while in front lies clear lake water with gentle ripples. Occasionally, fish disturbed by the ball jumping out of the water adds fun to the game. This setup helps players overcome the fear of water hazards during real play and enhances the enjoyment of the game.
