Baijianghu Forest Park

Baijianghu Forest Park is located in Zhengguo Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It was designated as a municipal-level forest park in 2001. In recent years, the focus has been on conservation, so it has not been fully developed. Hiking up the forest trails reveals breathtaking scenery that captivates visitors. Halfway up the mountain, a massive rock emerges in the stream and is named “Sword-Testing Rock.” Wading past the “Sword-Testing Rock,” you’ll come across the park’s highest waterfall, the “Hundred-Zhang Flying Spring,” which cascades down like a silver dragon.

Located in the northeastern part of Zengcheng District in Zhengguo Town, the park features several scenic zones: 1. Mountain Fortress Sightseeing Area; 2. Jianfeng Mountain Hiking Area, Shuiweng Sightseeing Area, Liyuan Sightseeing Area, and Shunaoshi Hiking & Adventure Area. The forest park mainly consists of broadleaf forests, moist pine woods, Masson pine forests, and fir forests, with elevations ranging from 40 to 68 meters. It is part of the Jiulian Mountain Range, a branch of the Nanling Mountain System.

Exact location: Baijianghu Forest Park (also known as Shunaolin Forest Farm) is near Langbo Village in Zhengguo. Head from Zhengguo toward Yonghan; after passing the Tianliao gas station, take a left at the intersection and continue straight to reach the park.
