Zhan Huaide Ancestral Hall

Zhan Huaide Ancestral Hall is a Guangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Zhan Huaide Ancestral Hall is located on Shijie Lane, Nanyue, Qunxing Village, Qunxing Township, Xintang Town, Zengcheng District. Dating back to the Ming and Qing dynasties, it is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

In July 1999, it was designated as part of the fifth batch of Guangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Protected area: 5 meters outward from the outer wall of the building on the east and south sides, and following the adjacent building lines elsewhere.

Construction control zone: approximately 20 meters outward from the boundary of the protected area on the east, north, and west sides, and approximately 15 meters outward on the south side.

Xintang Town: Xintang Town is an industrial and commercial hub in the southern part of Zengcheng City and a central town in Guangdong Province. In 2004, during the adjustment of the town-level administrative divisions in Zengcheng, Xintang Town took over the administrative areas of the former Xintang, Yonghe, Xiancun (excluding Xiagang Village), Shapu, and Ningxi towns. In 2005, the four villages of Yonggang, Hefeng, Xianjiang, and Xinzhuang were incorporated into Luogang District of Guangzhou City. Xintang Town currently administers 16 neighborhood committees and 71 village committees, covering a total area of 251.51 square kilometers with a population of over 400,000 (including 210,000 registered residents and 190,000 migrants).
