Ningyuan Tower in Zengcheng is a Guangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Ningyuan Tower in Zengcheng is located in Gualing Village, Xintang Town, Zengcheng District. Dating back to the Republican era, it is classified as a modern-era important historical site and representative building.

In July 2002, it was designated as part of the Sixth Batch of Guangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Protected area: extends to the western boundary of Baishi Chong in the east, and five meters beyond the outer edge of the structure in all other directions.

Construction control zone: extends 30 meters beyond the outer edge of the protected area.

Gualing Village: Located in the eastern part of Xintang Town, near the Shapu exit of the Guangyuan East Expressway. It covers a total area of 0.6 square kilometers, has 4 villager groups, 183 households, and 698 residents. With a history of over 500 years, Gualing Village is a well-known hometown of overseas Chinese in Guangdong, with more than 2,000 of its people living abroad.

The main sources of collective village income are from leasing shops and fish ponds, while villagers mainly earn income through working outside the village.
