The Tombs of Zhan Zhizhong and Zhan Guocheng

The Tombs of Zhan Zhizhong and Zhan Guocheng are Guangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Units.

The Tombs of Zhan Zhizhong and Zhan Guocheng are located on Daqiaotou Mountain in Dongning Cooperative, Baijiang Village, Xintang Town, Zengcheng District. Dating back to the Ming Dynasty, they are categorized as ancient tombs.

In December 2008, they were designated as part of the seventh batch of Guangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Protected area: To the east and south, the boundary extends 10 meters outward from the edge of the tomb of Zhan Guocheng and his wife; to the west and north, it extends 10 meters outward from the edge of the tomb of Zhan Zhizhong and his wife; the memorial archway to the south extends 5 meters outward from the outer edge of the stair foundation.

Construction control zone: Extends approximately 10 meters outward from the outer edge of the protected area; the archway section extends 20 meters outward from the outer edge of the protected area.

Baijiang Village: Located on the western side of Xintang Town’s urban area, Baijiang Village is part of the town’s western district. Major roads such as the Guangzhou–Shenzhen Railway, National Highway 107, Xintang Avenue, the Old Guang-Hu Road, Port Avenue, and Dongjiang Avenue run through the village from east to west and north to south, making transportation highly convenient. Covering an area of 4.5 square kilometers, the village is the central hub for commercial and residential development in Xintang Town’s new urban planning. Numerous real estate companies have developed properties in the Baijiang area, including Country Garden Phoenix City, Shengshi Mingmen, Guangdong Water Resources and Electric Power Second Bureau Residential Area, Oriental Mingdu, Jinze Haoting, Xinkang Garden, Jintian Garden, and Huaxinyuan.
