Ersha Island is an island in the middle of the Pearl River, located between the Guangzhou Bridge and the Haiyin Bridge. Surrounded by water on all sides, the island boasts beautiful scenery and a pleasant environment. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, it has been a sports training base for Guangdong Province, nurturing numerous world champions such as He Guoqiang and Chen Jingkai. It has now been developed into an elegant cultural, artistic, sports, and entertainment hub characterized by “greenery, tranquility, and beauty,” as well as a high-end residential area. This is the district in Guangzhou where high-end villas are concentrated, and it is said that about 80% of the residents are expatriates and employees of foreign-funded institutions.

Surrounded by upscale apartments and the modern Xinghai Concert Hall, Ersha Island remains filled with an artistic atmosphere even in the dim glow of evening.
