The former site of the reviewing stand for the People's Liberation Army's entry parade is a Guangzhou municipal cultural relics protection unit and a classic red tourism attraction.

The former site of the reviewing stand for the People's Liberation Army's entry parade is located on Fufu Road in Guangzhou, specifically on the platform in front of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government building.

After the liberation of Guangzhou on October 14, 1949, the People's Liberation Army held the city’s entry parade and a celebration assembly for the liberation of Guangzhou here on November 11. A large red banner hung above the reviewing stand, inscribed with the words “Reviewing Stand for the People's Liberation Army's Entry Parade into Guangzhou and Celebration Assembly for the Liberation of Guangzhou.” Red flags were everywhere, creating a lively and festive atmosphere. The troops reviewed included the 15th Army Corps and the Guangdong-Guangxi-Hunan Border Column. Over 200,000 people from all walks of life in Guangzhou attended the celebration. The reviewing stand was attended by military and political leaders such as Ye Jianying, Chen Geng, Deng Hua, Lai Chuanzhu, Xiao Xiangrong, Fang Fang, Yin Linping, Li Zhangda, and Zhu Guang. The reviewing troops, led by a military band and horses adorned with red flowers, entered Fufu Road from Lianxin Road, passed the review, and then proceeded along Jixiang Road to join the crowds in the city center, where a grand parade was held.

In 1989, the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government designated it as a cultural relics protection unit.
