Former Residence of Ouyang Shan

The former residence of Ouyang Shan is a Guangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The former residence of Ouyang Shan is located at No. 36, Meihua Village, Zhongshan 1st Road, Yuexiu District.

On August 19, 2015, it was designated as part of the eighth batch of Guangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Units by the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government.

Protected area: to the east, about 5 meters beyond the outer edge of the pavilion, partially extending to the west boundary of the public transformer room on the southeast side; to the south, 5 meters beyond the southern boundary of the former residence building; to the west, along the eastern boundary of the 3-story historical building on the west side; to the north, along the southern boundary of the existing residential road on the north side.

Construction control zone: to the east, up to the exterior wall of the adjacent building on the east side; to the north, up to the planned northern boundary of the residential road on the north side; to the south, along the southern wall of the 8-story residential building at No. 21, Meihua Village, and the northern wall of the 8-story residential building at No. 23, Meihua Village; to the west, up to the eastern boundary of the planned residential road on the west side.
